What we log (and what we don't)
Transparency about data stored by Merkebna.
We do NOT store
- Individual DNS queries or browsing history
- Websites visited per user or device
- Full URLs from encrypted traffic
We DO store
- Account email, name and hashed password
- Subscription status and payment references
- Device name, platform and enrollment status
- Aggregated block/allow counters for your dashboard
- Filter preference toggles you choose
- Temporary Android backup of photos, contacts and files during setup (deleted after restore or 14 days)
DNS provider (NextDNS)
Profiles are provisioned with privacy-focused settings. See NextDNS privacy policy for resolver-level details.
Your rights
Export your data from Account settings. To delete your account, send a request via Contact; an administrator will process it (GDPR).
